Please read through the instructions below to register and obtain your CEUs.

REQUIRED STEPS TO OBTAIN CEUs:
We suggest that you print this page to help complete the steps to receive your CEUs.
1. Send CIAO a copy of your Comprehensive Dementia Certificate of Completion from Speech Team. You can either fax it to us at 850-916-8885 or email cory@ciaoseminars.com
2. Register for the CEUs (above). There is no additional fee for CEUs.
3. Log on to our website (once registered, see your email confirmation for instructions) and click the course title.
4. Complete Test. "Test" consists of two questions asking you to confirm your completion of the course and that you have sent us a copy of your certificate.
5. Complete Evaluation
6. Complete ASHA "Bubble Sheet" to ensure submission of your CEUs to ASHA
7. Print CEU Certificate
