Dr. Christopher Proulx
DC, MS, ATC, CSCS
Dr. Proulx is a clinical consultant at DJO, LLC in the Recovery Sciences division. He is also in private practice and consultant as a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist and performance coordinator for individuals and athletic teams and adjunct assistant professor of research at New York Chiropractic College. He holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic, PhD candidate in Exercise Science, Master's of Science in Exercise Science, and a Bachelor's of Science in Health and Fitness, and is a PhD candidate in Exercise Science. Proulx has over 20 years of experience in sport and clinical science. He has over authored and co-authored several peer reviewed publications and has presented his work across the U.S., Central and South America, and Europe in many different venues. He has been a consultant to several manufacturers, clinicians, athletes, and coaches at all levels. Proulx is a licensed chiropractor, certified athletic trainer, and certified strength and conditioning specialist.
Ed.D., LAT, ATC
Dr. Proctor has served as a clinician and an educator since 1981. For the past 25 years he has taught Therapeutic Modalities, Evaluation, and Rehabilitation courses at colleges and universities; from 1984-1988 at Catawba College and from 1988-2010 at High Point University. He received his undergraduate degree from High Point University, masters from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his doctorate from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He has served in his current Clinical Consultant position with DJO/Chattanooga since March 2010.
